I never really paid much attention to the relationship between Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.  I mean, of course I knew they were together, and how Nick admired her from afar until fate finally had their paths cross, but I hadn’t recognized their love until today.  Somehow I ended up on Nick Cannon’s YouTube page, and saw the video for Mariah’s song Love Story.  It’s a simple candid video, basically chronicling their wedding anniversary last year.   The way Nick looks at Mariah in this video is as though he’s looking from his heart.  The love in his eyes is so strong, and the way she looks at him is undoubtedly mutual.  Any minuet thoughts of their marriage being coined as a publicity stunt vanished completely after watching this video.  They are a portrait of love.
